This is an emerging project that addresses the effects and consequences of genomic and somatic diversity on the efficiency of cellular reprogramming. We have also expanded the scope of traditional cellular reprogramming to include the respecification of cells from one differentiatd state to an induced cellular state (e.g. pluripotent, neuron, muscle).
